Rock, Country, Bourbon & Headbanging!
This Thursday marks the beginning of two long music weekends in Louisville: the Bourbon and Beyond Festival (September 19th-22nd) and the Louder Than Life Festival (September 26th-29th). Danny Wimmer Presents organizes eight festivals across the country, including these two festivals, which take place at the Highland Festival Grounds in Louisville, Kentucky.
Bourdon & Beyond - September 19th-22nd - Highland Festival Grounds
The headliners for Thursday include Fleet Foxes, Matchbox Twenty, Beck, and Sting.
The Head and the Heart, Black Pumas, Tedeschi Truck Band, and Dave Matthews Band will take the stage on Friday.
Saturday's main headliner is Zach Bryan, with performances leading up to him by Whiskey Myers, Cody Jinks, and Young The Giant. The final day on Sunday will feature The National,
followed by My Morning Jacket, X Ambassadors, Milky Chance, and Tyler Childers closes down the festival on Sunday. Over 100 bands will perform throughout the four days, offering a diverse musical experience. WLBC Radio is also excited to see other Bourbon and Beyond bands, including performances by The Wallflowers, The Record Company, Dinosaur Jr., Mt. Joy, Sunny Day Real Estate, The War on Drugs, Melissa Etheridge, and Larkin Poe. The Bourbon and Beyond Festival, winner of the 2022 WLBC Festival of the Year Award, offers a wide range of music from country to alternative rock. This year's festival will even feature a performance by the Beach Boys.

The lineup of headliner acts is a dream come true for any hard rocker, with Slipknot kicking off the festival on Thursday, followed by the iconic Slayer on Friday, the legendary Motley Crue on Saturday, and the incomparable Korn closing the festival on Sunday.
